The Electric Whale

This design was born from two different inspirations by our client.
Our client witnessed a beached whale in Margaret River, and wanted to capture this powerful experience in the new project in Marine Terrace, South Fremantle WA.
The wrap around the lift, staircase was build mimicking the rib cage of a whale.

Also, our client visited the imposing hollow shell of the old Power Station in South Fremantle, and this inspired the facade of this project, the industrial 50s look of exposed beams and columns.
This provided the “Electric “ element of design.

The home was build in 2009 and was acknowledged by Local Community, as the most Iconic building in South Fremantle.
